At Coforge, to ensure continuous upskilling opportunities the training team collaborated with Service Lines with blended learning approach. By creating and hosting Academies dedicated to Service lines like Quality Engineering, and the domains like TTH, BFS & Insurance on Percipio, the Enterprise Learning Platform accessible to employees.
To cater to the continuous client demand for skilled resources, the training team introduced blended learning program including Percipio, Online Enterprise Learning Platform for our shortlisted College Campus Hires - Graduates Engineer Trainees (GET). The focus is on keeping a ready workforce for the business demand of resources on various identified technologies- Core Java, Testing, Dot Net, IMS. The Pre-joining training on Percipio has helped in setting foundation for the resources by handholding, training and upskilling them to the industry standard. It has significantly helped in reduction of Virtual Instructor Led training duration and reduction of cost leading to an increase in overall effectiveness of the training.
The GET Training program has enormously been accepted across the organization and the new businesses alike, leading to increased demand for skilled resources.
